    How will Less Debt restructure my debt?

    • Less Debt will perform an obligation free debt assessment, in order todetermine whether you qualify for Debt Review.
    • We will make sure that you can afford to pay off your debt, while still having enough money left for food and other essential living expenses.
    • Our Debt Counsellors will negotiate reduced interest rates and lower monthly instalments with your creditors, based on your budget and affordability
    • To ensure that you are legally protected and do not lose your house, car or furniture, your Debt Review Application will go to court on your behalf.
    • Less Debt will never collect your money. All instalments will be collected and distributed through a PDA (Payment Distribution Agency) registered with NCR (National Credit Regulator).

    Single Mother
